FITNESS HOUSE BREAD
6 t.dry yeast 4 T. molasses
1 T. honey 1 t. salt (opt.)
Add above to - 4 c. warm
water
Mix with --
7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
(2 c. may be white flour)
Mix well; turn dough into greased pans (2). Let rise to 1/3 more
of its size. Preheat oven to 375 deg. Bake 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
Cool for 10 minutes and turn out. (OK to half recipe. Probably don't need honey if you don't have, just use more
molasses.)
