Oatmeal Pancakes

½ c. flour 1 c. oats

¼ c. whole wheat flour 1 T. baking powder

1 T. sugar ½ t. salt

1 egg 2 T. oil

1 c. milk ½ – 1 t. vanilla or other


Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients all at ones.

Cook in non-stick pan or with a small amount of butter or cocoanut oil. Makes 9, 92 Calories


Variations:

Add 1/2 c finely chopped apple & 1/2 t. cinnamon (vanilla flavoring.)(98 Calories) or

Add 3/4 c. blueberries. (vanilla flavoring) (98 Calories)

Add 1/2 c. raisins (vanilla or orange flavoring.
