Quick Pumpkin Bread

 

1 c. brown sugar            1 1/2 c. sugar

1 c. vegetable oil         1 can pumpkin

4 eggs                          2/3 c. water

 

3 1/2 c. flour                  1 t. salt

2 t. baking soda             2 t. cinnamon

1 t. ginger                      1/2 t. cloves

1 c. raisins (or you can use nuts.)

 

Oven: 350 degrees.  Mix all wet ingredients well in a large bowl.  Then add the dry ingredients all at once, starting with the flour.  Stir the dry ingredients, except raisins, first on top of, then into the wet ingredients.  When mixed well, stir in raisins.  Place in two greased  (I use PAM) 9"x5"x3" loaf pans.  Bake about 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
