Chocolate Eggless Cake  (Edna Ivash )

 

Use 8”x8” pan – double recipe for 9”x13” pan.

Oven 350 degrees.

 

1 ½ c. flour                    1 c. sugar

3 T. cocoa                     1 t. soda

dash salt

 

Mix above ingredients and make 3 dents & add:

1 T. vinegar            1 t. vanilla   5 T. oil

 

Mix with a spoon/wire whip until smooth. Pour into greased pan.  Bake about 25 minutes.
