Fruit Cocktail Cake

 

2 c. flour 1 c. sugar

2 t. soda 1 t. salt

t. nutmeg t. cinnamon

 

Put above ingredients in bowl and mix. Add:

 

1 16 oz. can fruit cocktail, including juice/syrup

1 t. lemon extract

 

Mix and pour into greased 13x9 pan.

Sprinkle top with c. brown sugar and c. chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes.
