Mississippi Mud Cake

 

Beat together:

2 eggs              &          2 c. sugar

Add and mix well:

1 c. (2 sticks) melted butter

1 1/2 c. flour                  1/3 c. cocoa

1 t. vanilla                      1 c. chopped pecans

Pour in to greased 9x12 pan.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  While hot cover with:

1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream.

 

Icing (Mix together and spread over marshmallow cream when cake is cool.)

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted

6 T. milk                        1/3 c. cocoa

1 t. vanilla                      1 box confectioner's sugar

3/4 c. chopped pecans
