CORN CASSEROLE  (Lynn Eichhorn)

 

1 cup JIFFY Cornbread mix

1 cup oil

2 teaspoons garlic salt

4 eggs

2 cans cream style corn

6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

 

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Pour into a greased 12 X 7 1/2 inch baking pan. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
