HEB No Boil Lasagna

 

1 ½ lbs. ground beef or turkey (browned and drained)

3 cups (1 26-28 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce

½ tsp. oregano

½ tsp. basil

1 ¾ cups water

- Bring above ingredients to boil, and remove from heat

2 cups ricotta or small curd cottage cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese

9 HEB lasagna noodles (1/2 box)

 

 

- Layer sauce, noodles and cheeses, creating 3

  layers topping with sauce and mozzarella.

Cover with foil.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Remove foil and back for an additional 15 minutes.

    

 

 

  No-Boil Classic Lasagna

 

1 (15-16oz) container Ricotta Cheese

½ c. grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs

   Combine above in bowl and mix well.

2 (26 oz) jars pasta sauce

1 lb pkg uncooked lasagna

1 lb cooked and drained meat

4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Oven 350.  15”x9” Pan.  In bottom layer 1 c. pasta sauce. 

Top with half each, uncooked lasagna noodles, ricotta

Cheese mixture, meat, pasta sauce and mozzarella.  Repeat

Layering and top with parsley.  Cover lightly.  Bake 1 hr. or

Until bubbly.   Uncover and let stand 15 minutes.
