Chocolate Sin Cheesecake  - crust

(from Mother Wonderful's)

 

1 pkg. (8 ½  oz.) Nabisco Famous Wafers

2 T. sugar

1/3 c. melted butter

pinch salt and cinnamon

 

Crush wafers with blade in food processor.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Press into sides and bottom of a 9 ½ or 10 inch spring form pan.

 

 

Chocolate Sin Cheesecake – filling

 

3 pkg. Cream cheese (8 oz. each)

1 c. sugar

3 eggs

12 0z. Bakers Sweet Chocolate (melted)

1 t. vanilla

2 c. cream

2 T. butter (melted)

 

Mix cream cheese and sugar.  Add other ingredients one at a time, mixing just enough to combine. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.

 

Chill overnight.  If desired you can put a chocolate topping of melted chocolate diluted with cream.
