Quick Coffee Cake (Better Homes & Gardens)

1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar

2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. salt

- Mix above well.

- Mix the following and add to above.

1/4 c. salad oil 1 beaten egg

1/2 c. milk

Mix all and pour into 9"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle with spicy topping, and if desired nuts, raisins, chocolate chips. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

1/4 c. brown sugar

1 T. flour

1 t. cinnamon

1 T. melted butter or margarine
