Spritz Cookies (Betty Crocker)

1 c. butter (softened)

2/3 c. sugar

3 egg yolks

1 t. flavoring (vanilla or almond)

2 ½ c. flour

Mix together and press through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheet. Decorate with colored sugar or sprinkles if desired. Bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes until set but not brown.
