Fish - Pan Fried
Fillet of fish (any type)
Olive Oil
Garlic (optional)
Favorites seasonings*
(optional)
In a non-stick frying pan,
add a couple of teaspoons of olive oil.
If using garlic add a tablespoon.
Turn it on high heat. When it is
hot, add fish fillet. Sprinkle top with
seasoning. Let cook until the bottom
gets a bit brown. Turn over, add more
seasonings. Cover and turn down heat to
low. Fish should be cooked in another
5-10 minutes depending on how thick the filet is.
Favorite seasonings:
- Curry Mix 3 parts sweet curry, 3 parts garam malsa and
1 part or less hot curry powder.
- Poultry seasoning and
basil.
