Cream Cheese Frosting

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

¼ c. butter, softened

1 16 oz. box confectioner’s sugar

1 t. vanilla

Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add sugar and beat until well mixed, light and fluffy.

(Make double batch for a layer cake.)
