½ c. matzo meal ½ t. salt
2 eggs, beaten 2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. water (or soup stock)
Mix dry ingredients together. Whisk in eggs and liquid ingredients together. Mix liquids in with dry mixture. Cover and chill for at lest 15 minutes. Shape into balls and drop into boiling water or boiling soup. Cook 30 – 40 minutes.
