Teriyaki Marinade for Grilling

 

3/4 c. oil                        2 T. chopped onions

1/2 c. soy sauce            1 lg. clove garlic, minced

1/4 c. honey     

2 T. cider vinegar            1 1/2 t. ginger

 

Good for chicken cutlets or flank steak. Let meat marinate at room temperature for at least 4 hours or in the refrigerator longer.  Grill or broil.
