Pie Crust – 2 Crust

Old Betty Crocker

2 c. flour 1 t. salt

6 T. Butter & 6 T. shortening (total ¾ c.)

~ ¼ c. water

Mix flour and salt with fork. Cut in butter and shorting with fork or pastry cutter until finely mixed. At enough water to make the dough hold together in two balls.
