Pie Crumb Topping

(From Better Homes & Gardens)

 

1/3 c. sugar

3/4 c. flour

6 T. butter

 

Mix all ingredients together.  Cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until evenly crumbly. Sprinkle on fruit pie with bottom crust.

 

Bake at 400 degrees until filling is cooked (bubbly.)  User lower rack so top doesn't brown too much.
