(enough for a large pizza)
Place in bowl and allow to dissolve:
3 1/2 t. dry yeast 1 c. warm water
3/4 t. sugar 1/2 t. salt
2 T. oil
Add: 2 3/4 c. flour
Mix well. Knead, adding flour as needed, until smooth and elastic (5 min.). Cover with oil, and spread in pan. Cover with toppings and bake at 425 deg. for about 20 minutes.
