Chocolate Pudding, Microwave   4-servings

 

1/3 c. sugar                   2 1/4 c. milk*

3 T. cornstarch              1 t. vanilla

3 T. cocoa                     1/4 t. salt

 

Mix dry ingredients in a 4 cup glass measuring cup.  Add milk and mix.  Micro cook on high, about 6 minutes total time, stopping and wisking every minute until mixture comes to full boil. Stir in vanilla.  Pour into serving dishes and chill until serving time.

 

* Can skip cocoa, use part cream and extra vanilla for vanilla pudding.
