Pea Salad

Penzey's


1 lb. Frozen peas (thawed)

4 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

1 T. finely chopped onion

1 ¼ c. cheddar cheese, chopped into ½” or smaller cubes

1 t. prepared brown mustard

1/8 t. celery salt

¼ t. granulated garlic

¼ t. ground pepper

salt to taste


Dressing:

½ c. mayonaise

2 t. milk


Mix dressing. Mix salad ingredients together. Mix in dressing. Can serve immediately or chill. It is better if it has several hours or overnight to chill.
