Ranch Beans (Vegetarian)
Modified from Taste of Home
1 16 oz. Pkg. Pinto beans (soak overnight and drain)
3 c. water 1 6 oz. Can tomato paste
½ c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. chili powder ½ t. salt
2 – 3 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1 t. ground cumin
½ t. dried marjoram.
Cook in crock pot all day on low or 4-5 hours on high.
