Raised Waffles (overnight)


1 pkg. yeast                  2 c. warm milk

2 T. sugar                      1 t. salt

3 eggs - or equiv.           1/4 c. margarine or oil

About 3 1/2 c. flour *

(enough to make a very soft dough)


Mix well. Cover and let rise about an hour.  Stir down and place in refrigerator overnight.  Makes thick, Belgium like, waffles. 


*Use only 2 cups flour for thin waffles.
