Texas Sheet Cake

stick (1/2 c.) margarine

cup salad oil

- ½ cup cocoa

cup water
-- Put in sauce pan and bring to boil

cups flour

cups sugar
-- Mix together then pour over boiled
mixture and stir

cup buttermilk

tsp. Baking soda

tsp. Vanilla
2
eggs
-- Mix well and add to flour/boiled mixture
Pour
into 11”x17” greased jelly roll pan.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Let
sit for 10 minutes, then cover with warm

-- Bring above mixture to boil then mix in:

box (1 1b.) powdered sugar

tsp. Vanilla

cup chopped pecans.
