Crab Quiche Bake

 

8 eggs, beaten               2 c. half and half

1 t. salt                         ½ t. pepper

1 c. soft bread crumbs   

1 pkg (8oz) imitation crabmeat               

½ c. green onions, chopped

1 lg sweet red bell pepper, chopped

1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

 

Oven 350.  Pan 13” x 9”, greased.

Mix and put in pan.  Bake 30 min, or until knife comes out clean.
