Sesame Chicken Breasts

 

4 chicken breast fillets   

2 T. soy sauce              

2 T. flour                        2 T. sesame seeds

2 T. oil                          lemon or lime wedges

 

Mix flour and sesame seeds in a bowl. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok.  Dip chicken in soy sauce then coat in flour mixture. Brown chicken in hot oil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 min., turning occasionally.  Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
