Chunky Chili
1 1b ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans (drained)
or ranch style beans (undrained)
1/2 c salsa
1 Tablespoon chili powder
bell pepper (chopped) -
optional
chopped celery - optional
can of corn (drained) - optional
small amount of crushed red
pepper (a little goes a long way)
Cook all day or overnight.
