Corn Muffins

 

1 c. corn meal            1 egg, beaten

1 c. flour                      1 c. milk

¼ c. sugar                  3 T. oil

4 t. baking powder

½ t. salt

 

Oven 450.  Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.  In a separate container mix wet ingredients.  Then add wet to dry and mix.

Put in well greased muffin pans.  Bake

20 – 25 minutes.
