Custard Pie

4 eggs, beaten

½ c. suagr

¼ t. salt

1 t. vanilla

2 ½ c. milk (may use part cream for richer pie)

ground nutmeg, to sprinkle on top.

Oven 350º. Mix ingredients (except nutmeg) well and put into pie shell. Sprinkle ground nutmeg on top if desired. Bake 35-40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
