Pumpkin Pie


2 eggs, beaten

¾ c. dark brown sugar

1 can (15 oz.) packed pumpkin

¼ t. salt

1 t. cinnamon

½ t. ginger

½ t. cloves

1 ½ c. cream

9” unbaked pie shell


Oven 425º. Mix all ingredients well and put into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º. Bake an addition 40 – 50 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean.
