Vanilla Cream

1/3 c. sugar

2 T. cornstarch

1/8 t. salt

2 c. cream

2 t. “good” vanilla

Mix all items except vanilla. Heat in microwave, stopping and stirring frequently until it bubbles and thickens. Stir in vanilla.
