Rice with Broth and Vermicelli


Melt 2 - 4 T. real butter.  Stir in a small hand full of vermicelli, uncooked.  Let brown over medium heat while stirring constantly.  Add 1 can chicken or beef broth,  1 1/2 cups rice and 1 can water.  Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
