Passover Rolls


2/3 c. water                   3 eggs

1/3 c. shortening            pinch sugar

1 c. matzo meal             pinch salt


Boil water & shortening with sugar and salt.  Remove from heat.  Stir in matzo meal, mixing very well. Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time, mixing well. 


Drop by tablespoons onto and ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 400 for 25-30 min.  Let cool in the oven with the door closed.
