Fresh Broccoli Salad (from Betty Trickler)
1 bunch fresh broccoli,
chopped
1 med. red onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked &
crumbled
3/4 c. sunflower seeds,
toasted
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. water chestnuts,
chopped
2 T. pecans, chopped
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar
Mix all ingredients of salad
and chill. Mix dressing well and put on
right before serving.
