Orange Balsamic Dressing ( from Jan)

Juice and pulp of 2 oranges

~ 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar

2 T. olive oil

1 T. minced garlic

pepper

basil

Heat all ingredients together in a saucepan slowly to boil. Let cool somewhat before serving. Especially good on a spinach orange salad.
