Yorkshire Pudding (w Roast Beef)

Beef Roast, roasted uncovered & drippings

1 c. flour                        1 c. milk

2 eggs                          1/2 t. salt

 

Roast beef.   A few minutes before it is done, preheat 9" square pan.  (I used glass.)  Let roast rest. Pour 1/4 c. drippings into pan.  Mix above mixture with a whisk or beater until smooth.  Pour into preheated pan with hot drippings.  Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes.  Cut into squares and serve with beef.
