Tortellini Soup (Jan Massa)
chicken broth (low-salt can be used)
garlic onion
celery carrots
plum tomatoes or can of HEB diced stewed tomato
oregano basil (dried is okay)
pepper pkg frozen cheese tortellini
I let the above cook until the carrots are soft, then add the frozen tortellini and cook for about 10 more minutes or so.
