Brownies for Passover

3/4 c. butter or margarine 2 1/4 c. sugar

4 eggs (beat in one at a time) 1 t. vanilla

1/4 c. water

1/4 c. potato starch 3/4 c. cocoa

3/4 c. matzo cake meal 1/4 t. salt

Oven 350. Pour into greased 9X13" pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until done.

Optional: Before baking stir in 1 c nuts or 1 c chocolate chips.
